Maintenance Operative needed to join expanding PLC Residential Developer. Due to internal promotion a Maintenance Operative is required to be based on site in Andover. As a Maintenance Operative you will be required to enter occupied properties to resolve maintenance issues such as carpentry, plastering, painting and decorating. The Customer Care department work to a two week rolling schedule and you will have good communication skills as the client will differ from house to house. It is preferred but not essential that you own your own hand tools and basic power tools and understand there is a degree of flexibility in your working hours. If you need to finish a repair then you may end up working past your contracted hours but there is an adult approach to managing these additional hours that maybe required.
