A vacancy has arisen for a full-time administrator to support the social workers in the Hounslow office. This role will be split between performing reception duties and general administrative duties and supporting social workers. The administration role will involve answering telephone calls, managing incoming and outgoing communications, managing stationary orders, organising training between social workers and foster carers, ensuring records are kept up to date, managing petty cash and taking minutes in meetings.
The successful applicant will be organised and methodical with an eye for detail. They will have both, office administration experience and working with either, children or adults in the care system. An in-depth knowledge of MS Office is essential, along with a willingness to learn and the ability to be flexible and adapt to change. The use of a car is essential as visits to our foster carers and children are required. Ongoing training will be offered. This appointment will be subject to DBS checks
