After an eight-year courtship, Goo Goo Dolls frontman John Rzeznik has married girlfriend Melina Gallo, he tells People.The couple were married Friday (July 26) at the Calamigos Ranch in Malibu in front of about 120 guests, including fellow Goo Goo Dolls members.
"We've been together a while and I'm not going anywhere and we'd like to start a family. I'd prefer to be married when I have kids," Rzeznik tells People.
Gallo wore a stunning Enzoani gown and the rock star chose a dark green Gucci suit in lieu of the traditional tuxedo. He also says that he was never planning on singing at the wedding.
"We made it perfectly clear that I would not be singing at all at our wedding. Our song was Adele's 'Make You Feel My Love.' I love her version of that song," says the rocker.
This is the second marriage for Rzeznik, who divorced from Laurie Farinacci in 1997. This is Gallo's first marriage.
