I love this quote, because as bloggers we’re constantly putting ourselves out there. Most of the time it’s a positive experience, but sometimes it goes horribly wrong. Either way, we can’t really control what people say to us on our blogs or through social media, but when it comes to selecting the people at home to be with… that’s another story. We don’t have to hang out with people who points out our insecurities. We don’t have to be around negative people.
This becomes even more important in every day life, because we need those anchors to keep us strong. Sure, strength comes from within, but do we really need people in our personal lives to try to tear us down? No. Select people in your life who bring out the best in you… it’ll give you the inspiration to become a great blogger.
